Lucca Leadership North America runs courses in transformational leadership for young people (students, young professionals and social entrepreneurs).
We define transformational leadership as an approach to leadership that focuses on the ability to bring about change which uplifts and benefits humanity, through meeting its needs and developing its capabilities. Transformational leaders create sustainable and practical solutions to the needs in the world. They address underlying causes rather than just symptoms, so that problems are not masked or shifted elsewhere. They serve the good of all rather than favoring individuals or particular interest groups.
Our purpose is to bring about positive transformation in the world. We do this by running leadership programs which allow people of all nationalities and backgrounds to discover their purpose, clarify their vision and develop the skills needed to make change happen for the benefit of all.
Our programs are for socially conscious young people that have shown a demonstrated commitment to service. Our programs focus on leadership skill building, ethical decision making frameworks and effective personal and team management practices. We have designed our programs give young people the experience and confidence to effectively lead positive change in their local, regional and global community.
