Deadline for applications for the 2012 programs is June 30, 2012 for acceptance, June 15, 2012 for bursary consideration.
The 2012 programs will be taking place at LaSalle Manor in Plano, IL.
All applicants requiring a visa to enter the United States or wishing to apply for a bursary must apply before June 1, 2012. No applications after June 15, 2012 will be considered.
Price of Programs
$1450 for corporate sponsored participants;
$950 for young professionals;
$725 for students and non-profit employees;
Alternative fees/ payment options can be discussed.
A limited number of scholarships are available. No travel busaries are available.
Participant Information:
Spaces are strictly limited to 24 qualified participants for the Leadership Foundations Program. Participants will be selected for the program on the basis of a number of clear criteria, as examined through the application form. These are:
Our programs are conducted in English and participants must be conversational in English to attend a program.
Travel information:
LaSalle Manor Retreat Center is located about an hour’s drive from both of Chicago’s airports, O’Hare International and Midway International. Lucca Leadership will arrange transport for participants from these airports, or from Chicago’s main railway station.
Participants should make travel arrangements to be in Chicago at 1) Midway Airport 2) O’Hare Airport 3) Union Station or 4) LaSalle Manor by 4 pm on August 19, 2012. Arrangements will be made to pick traveling participants up at the first three options. Participants should make travel plans for departure on August 26, 2012 after 12 pm. Transportation from and to Midway, O'Hare and Union Station will be scheduled once travel arrangements have been made and communicated to Lucca Leadership North America.

- An established track record of service in the community;
- As an indicator that they have thought about the subject, a sense of leadership and it’s role in the development of communities and societies, however fully developed;
- An idea of a project that they can implement in service of their community or society.
