About Us - Mission and Values
Lucca Leadership North America (LLNA) advances the education of young people, between the ages of 18 and 35, to learn about and develop leadership skills who are or who wish to be in positions of leadership .
The aim is to help young people to develop the leadership skills which will enable them to make a positive change within their local, regional and global communities. We do this by running Transformational Leadership courses, hosting community service days and offering leadership training to other not for profit organizations focused on young people, and student-based organizations.
A core principle behind LLNA’s approach to training and development is to teach our participants how to think as leaders rather than what to think, and to train them in how to lead rather than what to lead.
We are Young – in attitude and organization. “For young people by young people” (see our bios)
Our course material blends ancient wisdom with cutting edge leadership research.
LLNA is a completely voluntary organization with no particular religious or political affiliation; none of the Directors, nor anyone who tutors or coaches on any LLNA course receives payment for their efforts.
