Leadership Foundations
The Leadership Foundations Program (LFP) is a week-long program in which one can learn how to unleash his or her potential through gaining a deep insight into their purpose in life, and learning the skill required to lead effectively for the good of all.
The aim of the LFP is to introduce participants to the concept of transformational leadership and give them the opportunity to practice this. A clear aim is also that participants take action as a result of the LFP, in the form of service-based leadership, in support the welfare of their society or community.

- Experience practical ways to increase awareness of themselves and others;
- Awareness is the basis of transformational leadership;
- Learn a model for ethical decision making;
- Discover Personal Mastery - how to manage one's thoughts and emotions;
- Have the space and support to formulate their vision for leadership in their own lives;
- Learn about and practice situational Leadership - how to match a leadership style to the needs of the moment.
- Explore Speech and Dialogue - creating real dialogue in situations of conflict and leading through speech.
- Learn through case studies of transformational leadership with contemporary and historical examples.
- Make the first steps to developing and implementing a project in their community with a hands-on workshop.
- Get a mentor to help them implement their project.
