We aim our programs at young people from as many nations, backgrounds, religious and social backgrounds as possible, celebrating the natural diversity that exists between us all.

LLNA  programs focus on a number of areas. First of all, we help young leaders to examine their own values, and direction in life, to help them to refine and pursue their own vision and to lead with integrity. Our programs also challenge young leaders to examine their attitudes and develop the ability to make ethical decisions, as well as understand how change happens in individuals and in communities. On this basis, the young leaders then learn core skills, i.e. how to lead teams, how to lead projects to delivery, how to facilitate dialogue.

A core component of our approach is that service is at the heart of leadership and we exercise this concept throughout all of our programs.
