Programs
We aim our programs at young people from as many nations, backgrounds, religious and social backgrounds as possible, celebrating the natural diversity that exists between us all. All week long programs which Lucca Leadership North America runs have some international coaches, and a number of international participants. The organization seeks to help young people to see that through engagement with different cultures and ways of life the underlying unity of humanity can be celebrated and understood, and futures which care for all of humanity built. We aim to teach the skills to help young people bring this about.
Our programs are structured to run from sun-up to sun-down and are mentally challenging. The programs are designed to be intense and highly experiential in nature. The programs are highly conversational and there will be no Powerpoint.
Additionally, our programs also contain physically-active team tasks. If you are applying for a spot on one of our programs, please notify us of any physical limitations that you may have.
