Lucca Leadership North America, NFP offers one-day and weekend programs for participants / organizations looking for a brief leadership course. Depending on what and who the course is for, Lucca Leadership North America, NFP will tailor some of the above mentioned
content from other courses and offer it for those on one-day and weekend programs. For example, Lucca Leadership runs an Introduction to Transformational Leadership Program, which is a weekend introductory course. It will give participants insights into what it takes to be a transformational leader who makes a real difference in their community. This fully packed weekend program offers a practical understanding of how leaders can bring about change for the benefit of those around them. It introduces key frameworks for
transformational leadership drawn from the week long program, and following the same experiential approach. This program is aimed primarily at between the ages of 16 to 28, but exceptions can be made for exceptional candidates. Candidates will be chosen who have some record of voluntary work or other service to their communities.
